Here are some quick things you can check at home before you give us a call.
1. Your boiler needs a small amount of electricity to ignite. Check that your electricity is on and that you haven't accidentally turned the power off.
2. Locate the reset button and press it for 10 seconds. Wait for the boiler to ignite which may take a few seconds.
3. Check that you have a gas supply and you haven't been cut off. Ring your local gas board or check their website for any known issues.
4. If its not working to time, see if the clocks have changed or again if there has been a power outage that has reset the clock.
